So, after my father's sister died about three years ago, my sister-in-law, known to always do the right thing, looked up my cousin's addresses in the internet and had inadvertantly tripped over a family tree. She sent me the link and I took a look at it. To my amazement, it was indeed a family tree of OUR family, only thing was, I wasn't on it! Heh? What to do? Research who put the tree together, find him and make contact. That is exactly what I did.
I had always thought that my father's mother had only one sister. What I didn't know was that there were 5 brothers and a half-sister! This family was huge! We had met up in New York on one of my trips home, and he had put me into contact with a couple more cousins, two of whom I met earlier this year.
